About the Role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to grow and manage the digital presence of our Pure Encapsulations brand. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for health and wellness and a proven track record in social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement.

The Social Media Manager will lead social content planning and execution across multiple platforms, engage with our strong community, and collaborate closely with internal teams to support key business objectives in the premium supplements industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies.

• Create engaging, educational, and brand-compliant content and captions.

• Work with the Community Management Team to engage and grow our online community.

• Analyse social performance metrics and optimise content with support from the Performance Media Team.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, customer service, and MLR teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or consumer products.

• Strong communication and project management skills; experience working in matrixed organisations and with agency partners.

• Knowledge of FDA and social creative regulations, as well as supplement industry compliance.

• Experience with social media tools such as Sprout Social, GRIN, and Sprinklr.

• Passion for wellness, nutrition, and health sciences with a creative mindset.

• Experience in both healthcare practitioner and consumer marketing is mandatory.

• Prior experience in the supplements industry is a strong plus.

Bonus Skills

• Influencer and ambassador marketing experience.

• Video editing and platform-specific content creation skills.

• Certifications in social or digital marketing.

• Educational background in nutrition or health sciences.
