About the Role

Backdropsource. in — a leading E-commerce brand for creative display solutions — is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead its online presence across major platforms. You’ll lead a creative team, develop campaigns, analyse performance, and continuously optimise for engagement and reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the social media content team — writers, designers, and editors.

• Plan, strategise, and execute end-to-end organic campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Create monthly content calendars and posting schedules aligned with brand goals.

• Optimise posts, reels, and videos for engagement using hooks, captions, and trending hashtags.

• Track KPIs like reach, engagement, followers, and impressions using analytics tools.

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for cross-channel integration.

• Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and new features for all major platforms.

• Drive measurable organic growth with a test-analyse-iterate approach.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management (preferably E-commerce or digital brands).

• Proven track record of growing followers and engagement organically.

• Excellent understanding of KPIs, social media tools, and analytics platforms.

• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Creative, data-driven mindset with a passion for storytelling.
