Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketer to lead demand generation and brand growth for our B2B SaaS product. You will craft and optimise cross-channel campaigns, align with sales on lead conversion strategies, and analyze data to drive performance and ROI. This is a strategic, hands-on role suited for creative marketers with strong analytical thinking and SaaS experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across digital ads, SEO/SEM, email, social media, influencers, and events.

  • Collaborate with sales for ICP alignment and lead funnel optimisation.

  • Launch co-marketing initiatives with partners to expand reach and impact.

  • Work with content creators to develop persona-targeted assets.

  • Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns for ROI.

  • Manage the demand gen budget efficiently.

  • Stay updated on competitors and emerging marketing trends.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing/demand generation for B2B SaaS.

  • Proven success in running paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook).

  • Strong skills in marketing analytics, campaign optimisation, and CRM tools.

  • Excellent communication and messaging skills across channels.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey and persona-driven targeting.

  • Currently employed in a relevant marketing role for the past 3+ years.
