JIT Global Infosystems is hiring a mid-level AI/ML Engineer with 3–4 years of end-to-end machine learning model development experience. You’ll work in a high-impact, fast-paced team building and deploying production-grade ML and GenAI features for global enterprise clients.

🚀 What You’ll Do

Data & Features: Clean, ingest, and engineer data from S3, Redshift, RDS, Kinesis, DynamoDB, and more

Modeling: Build & train ML, DL, and GenAI models using SageMaker, Bedrock, and Hugging Face

MLOps: Use CI/CD, IaC, and AWS tools to streamline development to deployment

Monitoring: Track model drift, accuracy, run A/B tests, retrain models for performance/cost

Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, product teams, and front-end developers to solve real-world business problems with machine learning
✅ Must-Have Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML solutions

Strong hands-on knowledge of the AWS ML stack: SageMaker, Bedrock, Comprehend, Rekognition, Glue, Athena

Expertise in Python, with ML libraries like scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow, Hugging Face

Solid understanding of data engineering concepts (ETL, data lakes, pipelines)

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain trade-offs to technical & non-technical teams
