The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Data Analyst based in India to join our remote talent network. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with U.S.-based clients on flexible, project-based engagements. You will integrate into client teams and collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders on a daily basis.

As a Data Analyst at FullStack, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. You will work on real-world challenges involving data extraction, analysis, visualization, and reporting across complex systems. Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data manipulation, aggregation, and analysis

• Perform BI analysis to translate data into actionable insights that support business and product decisions

• Design and develop dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau

• Conduct A/B testing and apply statistical analysis techniques to measure performance and outcomes

• Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance regulations while handling sensitive information

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments

• Support continuous integration and delivery processes for data applications

• Investigate data inconsistencies and ensure high levels of accuracy and reliability

• Take full ownership of assigned tasks and deliver high-quality results consistently

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role

• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex calculations and aggregations

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines

• Familiarity with data visualization tools, especially Tableau

• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis

• Understanding of data compliance, privacy, and governance standards

• Experience translating data into insights for business decision-making

• Ability to work with large, complex systems and datasets

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based teams

• Strong problem-solving skills with forensic attention to detail

• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)

• A completed four-year college degree

• A positive, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership

• Ability to work consistently 40 hours per week
