Job Summary:
Microsoft is seeking a skilled Copilot Developer to design, build, and optimize AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and GPT-based technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intelligent workflows, automate processes, and enhance user productivity through AI-driven capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and integrate Microsoft Copilot experiences into applications and business workflows.

  • Work with Azure OpenAI, GPT models, and Microsoft Graph APIs to build AI features.

  • Customize Copilot plugins, prompts, and extensions to meet business needs.

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to design intuitive AI interactions.

  • Optimize AI models for accuracy, performance, and user experience.

  • Implement data governance, security, and responsible AI principles.

  • Troubleshoot issues, perform testing, and provide ongoing support for Copilot projects.

  • Create documentation, technical guides, and training resources for end users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.

  • Proficiency in Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

  • Strong understanding of Azure services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure Functions).

  • Experience building AI or automation solutions (chatbots, plugins, LLM workflows).

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Graph API.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.

  • Knowledge of responsible AI frameworks and data privacy standards.

  • Understanding of GitHub Copilot and DevOps pipelines.
