Job Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Portland, OR office. In this role, you will lead marketing initiatives that strategically position Skanska in the AEC industry. You’ll oversee marketing deliverables, develop innovative proposals, manage a local team, and collaborate with national marketing leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage local marketing team; hire, mentor, and develop staff.

Produce and oversee proposals, qualifications, presentations, and marketing content.

Partner with senior leadership on strategy, messaging, and client positioning.

Collaborate with communications team on PR initiatives.

Plan and track trade shows, awards, and major office events.

Support business development by maintaining relationships with partners and clients.
Required Qualifications
-
6+ years of marketing experience in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

3+ years working on RFQs, RFPs, and presentations for advanced technology projects.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field; or equivalent experience.
