About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, self-driven Marketing & Executive Assistant to support our Marketing Manager and help close deals that grow the company. This is an exciting hybrid role where you’ll start with scheduling, content posting, and client outreach — and quickly move into sales opportunities with direct commission potential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and confirm appointments.

  • Post and maintain social media and online content.

  • Call prospects, follow up on leads, and set appointments.

  • Assist at meetings, podcasts, and events to capture potential sales opportunities.

  • Help close deals and track commissions earned.

Hours & Pay

  • 15–30 hrs/week (flexible, mainly Monday–Friday; occasional weekends/events).

  • Base Pay: ~$300+/week (depending on hours).

  • Commission: 10% on every closed deal.

  • Example: Close 5 deals = $300–$500 extra that week.

  • Top earners can make $600–$800+ weekly with consistency.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational & communication skills.

  • Comfortable calling and following up with leads.

  • Professional, dependable, and independent worker.

  • Willing to attend events/podcasts and jump on opportunities to close deals.

  • Growth mindset with eagerness to learn.

  • People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply.
