About the Role
The Marketing Analytics Senior Specialist is a strategic and technically intensive role designed to transform raw marketing data into actionable business intelligence. Operating on a UK Shift (100% Remote), you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and talent marketing activities. You will lead the charge in data integrity, process efficiency, and sophisticated dashboarding for global marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

Data Architecture: Build and maintain advanced Excel and Google Sheets models integrating data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, ATS, and CRM platforms.

Workflow Automation: Champion process optimisation by leveraging Google Apps Script to automate manual reporting and minimise human intervention.

System Integration: Create custom connections between Google Workspace and external platforms like BigQuery using Apps Script and Power Query.

Business Intelligence: Design interactive dashboards in Looker Studio and Domo, optimising for clarity and executive-level decision-making.

Ads Strategy & ROI: Manage hands-on reporting for paid channels, advising on budget allocation to maximise ROI across Google and Meta.

Governance: Act as a Business Analyst (managing projects via JIRA) to ensure strict data validation and governance frameworks.
Essential Qualifications & Expertise

Experience: Proven track record in Advanced Data Modelling and Excel Architecture.

Automation: Strong proficiency in Google Apps Script and the integration of AI to drive efficiency.

Technical Stack: Expert-level SQL for querying and deep-dive analysis. Hands-on experience with Looker Studio, Domo, and BigQuery.

Ad Tech: Mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms (Indeed/Joveo).

Mindset: Proactive, digital-first approach with the ability to work independently in a UK-aligned schedule.
