The Role: Leading the AI Frontier

As a Manager – Data Scientist (AI/ML) within our Data, Analytics & AI specialism, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of intelligent automation. This is a leadership position based in Bangalore, operating in a hybrid work environment.

You will lead the transformation of raw data into actionable insights and oversee the development of advanced AI solutions that enhance business processes. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in Agentic AI and the strategic mindset of a seasoned manager.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Leadership: Manage AI/ML projects from inception to completion, ensuring total alignment with business goals and timelines.

• Innovation & Strategy: Identify high-impact opportunities to leverage Generative AI and Agentic AItechnologies for business improvement.

• Technical Architecture: Design and implement scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant microservices and AI models.

• Team Mentorship: Manage and mentor a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

• Framework Development: Establish best practices and robust frameworks for AI/ML development, testing, and deployment.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical teams and cross-functional business units to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Expertise

• Total Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in AI/ML or a related field.

• Core Skills: Mastery of AI/ML, Agentic AI, and Generative AI implementations.

• Technical Stack: Strong expertise in algorithms, data modelling, and data infrastructure.

• Systems Engineering: Experience building highly scalable and secure microservices.

Education & Background

• Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / MBA (Degrees in Engineering preferred).

• Preferred: Prior experience in industries heavily leveraging AI/ML technologies.

• Soft Skills: Active listening, analytical thinking, coaching, and learning agility.

Job Details & Requirements

• Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid).

• Travel: Ability to travel up to 40% as required by project needs.

• Management Level: Manager.
