Acro HR Solutions is hiring experienced professionals for the position of Lead Business Analyst specializing in Guidewire implementations and AMS engagements. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong expertise in Guidewire platforms, insurance business processes, and stakeholder communication.
The selected candidate will lead end-to-end functional solutioning activities, work closely with technical and QA teams, and help deliver scalable insurance technology solutions aligned with client business objectives.
🛠Key Responsibilities
🔹 Guidewire Solution Delivery
Lead functional solutioning and implementation activities for Guidewire platforms including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
🔹 Business Requirements Gathering
Interact with stakeholders to gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and convert business needs into functional solutions.
🔹 P&C Insurance Domain Leadership
Provide domain expertise across Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations including underwriting, policy administration, billing, and claims management.
🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with technical teams, QA teams, integration teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
🔹 Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as a client-facing business analyst leader by handling stakeholder communication, governance, project risks, and issue management.
🔹 Pre-Sales & Proposal Support
Contribute to RFP responses, capability building initiatives, and proposal development activities for new business opportunities.
