Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of key clients in the US market. The ideal candidate will build strong, long-lasting relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and revenue growth. This is a US shift role (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key clients.

• Gain deep understanding of client needs and business objectives.

• Propose and deliver solutions that meet client requirements.

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.

• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and generate new sales.

• Ensure timely delivery of products and services.

• Prepare regular progress reports and sales forecasts using account metrics.

Requirements Key Account Manager – US Market | Telamon HR Solutions

• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role.

• Strong track record in solution-based selling and customer relationship management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and organisational skills.

• UG/PG degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.

• Ability to work US shifts.
