Job Role: Junior Data Analyst (GPD)
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be part of the Global Proxy Distribution (GPD) team, playing a crucial role in managing voting instructions, processing financial data, and supporting global client operations.
This position offers hands-on exposure to real-world financial systems, data workflows, and international collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and transmit client vote instructions to local custodians using platforms like SWIFT, email, and online systems
- Prepare and manage supporting documents such as proxy cards and authorization forms
- Coordinate with global sub-custodians and registries for vote execution and issue resolution
- Maintain and update custodian databases, including contact details and instruction formats
- Use internal tools like GPD Manager to track and manage operational workflows
- Review automated reports to ensure accuracy in ballot generation and vote execution
- Assist in resolving client queries and supporting account management teams
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes
