About the Role

As a Business Management Analyst, you will join the Global Finance & Business Management team within Asset & Wealth Management. Your primary responsibility will be to support Business and Group Heads by improving reporting structures, managing strategic projects, and ensuring operational efficiency.

You will act as a strategic partner, helping leadership teams make informed decisions through high-quality analysis, executive presentations, and structured reporting.

This role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Reporting & Ad-Hoc Analysis

  • Respond quickly and effectively to executive ad-hoc requests.

  • Prepare senior leadership presentations and business reports.

  • Perform detailed business analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Data Analysis & Presentation Excellence

  • Organise complex data into clear, compelling formats.

  • Build professional PowerPoint decks for management discussions.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visual summaries using Excel (including Pivot Tables).

  • Create quick wireframes and mock-ups for strategic presentations.

Stakeholder & Project Coordination

  • Communicate with business partners and global managers to drive projects forward.

  • Coordinate team initiatives, strategy meetings, and leadership sessions.

  • Prepare materials for town halls, recognition programs, and working sessions.

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Maintain internal documentation on collaboration platforms such as SharePoint.

  • Identify areas to simplify workflows and improve efficiency.

  • Support cross-functional collaboration to enhance business performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

  • Experience delivering high-quality executive presentations and reporting.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge of Pivot Tables and business reporting techniques.

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-motivated professional with strong prioritization abilities.
