Schedule

Office hours: 8:50 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

Responsible for opening and closing the office each day.
Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Specialist, you will:

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective tenants via phone calls, emails, and voicemails.

Collect rental payments, track key details, and coordinate key pickup with new tenants.

Review upcoming move-in dates and complete move-in inspections.

Audit ShowMojo listings for accuracy and follow up on showing feedback.

Assist in the leasing process and provide excellent customer service to ensure a smooth tenant experience.
Qualifications

Relevant marketing or customer service experience (real estate experience is a plus).

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

A positive attitude and passion for real estate and property management.
