🌟 Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced and analytical Marketing Data Analyst to join our growing remote team.
In this role, you’ll develop and deliver data-driven insights to improve marketing performance across email, SMS, and other digital channels. You’ll collaborate closely with Program Directors, marketing strategists, and data teams to design robust measurement frameworks, optimize reporting dashboards, and identify key metrics that drive client ROI.
You’ll be the go-to expert for transforming raw marketing data into meaningful insights — guiding strategy, informing decision-making, and ensuring that every marketing initiative is measurable and impactful.

🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities

Build insightful dashboards: Create and distribute standardized reporting frameworks and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio) to track campaign performance and customer engagement metrics.

Analyze multi-channel data: Gather and analyze data from email platforms, marketing automation tools, web analytics, CRMs, and other data sources to uncover actionable trends and insights.

Support client onboarding: Work with Program Directors to understand each client’s data needs, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting requirements.

Optimize campaigns: Collaborate on testing protocols, experiment designs, and performance tracking to measure success and drive campaign optimization.

Deliver actionable insights: Translate complex data into clear business recommendations that help improve ROI, audience engagement, and customer segmentation.

Stay ahead of trends: Monitor the latest developments in marketing analytics, data visualization, and automation tools to enhance client strategy and execution.

Drive continuous learning: Develop ongoing learning roadmaps and share best practices with the broader team to encourage data-driven decision-making.
🧠 Required Skills & Experience

Education: MBA or equivalent experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science.

Experience: 3–4 years of proven experience in data analytics, data strategy, or marketing performance analysis.

Analytical tools: Expertise in Power BI, SQL, and marketing segmentation.

Marketing analytics: Prior experience with email or digital marketing analytics is a significant advantage.

Technical tools: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) and data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, or Redshift.

Marketing systems: Familiarity with CRMs and automation tools like Salesforce, Braze, and HubSpot.

Statistical knowledge: Understanding of predictive modeling, clustering, regression, and machine learning concepts.

Communication: Strong ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Project management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
