About the Program
Join Popular’s Associate Trainee Program—a 3-year, full-time rotational experience designed to develop future leaders in banking, innovation, and business operations. As a trainee, you’ll gain real-world exposure to multiple departments, receive personalised mentorship, and work on transformative projects that drive Popular’s digital and business growth.
What You’ll Gain

Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Psychology, or STEM

GPA of 3.0 or higher
-
Up to 4 years of combined work or internship experience

Strong communication (English/Spanish bilingual) and analytical skills

Proficiency in MS Office 365, Power BI, or similar tools
