Role Overview

As an Account Executive, SMB Sales, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding T-Mobile’s presence among small and medium-sized businesses. You’ll prospect, close deals, and build lasting customer relationships while representing the most dynamic brand in wireless.

This role is ideal for energetic, results-driven professionals who thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, cold call, and network to acquire new SMB clients.

  • Understand client needs and create tailored wireless solutions.

  • Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships within your territory.

  • Utilize sales automation tools for forecasting and reporting.

  • Participate in training and development programs to grow your sales expertise.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 1+ years of verifiable B2B new customer acquisition experience.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.

  • Proven ability to deliver superior customer service.

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
