Role Overview
As an Account Executive, SMB Sales, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding T-Mobile’s presence among small and medium-sized businesses. You’ll prospect, close deals, and build lasting customer relationships while representing the most dynamic brand in wireless.
This role is ideal for energetic, results-driven professionals who thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities

Prospect, cold call, and network to acquire new SMB clients.

Understand client needs and create tailored wireless solutions.

Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships within your territory.

Utilize sales automation tools for forecasting and reporting.

Participate in training and development programs to grow your sales expertise.
Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

1+ years of verifiable B2B new customer acquisition experience.

Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.

Proven ability to deliver superior customer service.
