🎯 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative and engaging content strategies across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, X, Snapchat, and more.

• Manage social media calendars and day-to-day content publishing using tools like Hootsuite or Sprinklr.

• Drive user growth, reach, and engagement in alignment with brand and business goals.

• Launch and oversee social media campaigns, contests, and collaborations to grow the audience.

• Monitor trends, performance, and engagement metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Facebook Insights.

• Manage community interactions—replying, commenting, and growing loyal user bases.

• Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, editorial, and product teams.

• Continuously experiment with formats and strategies to boost reach and innovation.

👤 Who You Are:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing social media for high-traffic platforms.

• Proven success in driving growth and meeting engagement targets.

• Hands-on experience with tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.

• Deep understanding of all major social platforms and their algorithms.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fields.

• Excellent copywriting, trend-spotting, and visual storytelling skills.
