About the Opportunity

ClickUp is seeking a highly motivated and analytical GTM Data Analyst to join our fast-scaling Growth organization. In this role, you’ll work with a world-class data team dedicated to driving global expansion and informing strategic decisions across Sales, Customer Experience, and Go-to-Market functions.

While you’ll be contributing directly to ClickUp’s growth, Deel will serve as your Employer of Record in India, offering operational support so you can focus on impact, innovation, and career growth.

About the Team

The ClickUp Data Team consists of analysts, engineers, and data scientists who operate as strategic partners across the Growth organization. You’ll collaborate closely with team members and business leaders to solve complex problems, uncover insights, and build scalable data solutions that influence major decisions.

As a GTM Data Analyst, your work will directly support high-impact growth initiatives, helping leaders across Sales, Customer Success, and Support make informed and confident decisions.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

🔹 Partner Strategically Across Teams

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Customer Experience, Customer Success, and Data Engineering to support strategic decision-making.

  • Translate quantitative insights into accessible narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.

🔹 Build Impactful Dashboards & Insights

  • Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reports using custom SQL queries.

  • Deliver actionable visualizations that empower teams to understand trends, performance, and customer behaviors.

🔹 Drive Data Accuracy & KPI Alignment

  • Identify and define key performance indicators that align with broader business objectives.

  • Report on crucial metrics including Account Health, Support Team Efficiency, and Customer Success performance.

🔹 Solve Complex Data Challenges

  • Work hands-on with large-scale structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.

  • Implement data cleaning, validation, and quality checks to ensure high reliability.

🔹 Enable Data-Driven Decisions at Scale

  • Extract insights from sales, behavioral, and support data to deepen understanding of customer patterns.

  • Build tools, models, and self-service frameworks empowering teams across the organization.

Tech Stack Exposure

You’ll work with a modern data stack, including:
Snowflake, SQL, DBT, Tableau, Hex, Amplitude

Requirements

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.

  • 3–6 years of proven experience in Data Analysis or similar roles.

  • Exceptional SQL skills.

  • Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau (or equivalent).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Project management experience

  • Basic Python knowledge

  • Understanding of regression, segmentation, A/B testing, and fundamental statistics

  • Familiarity with DBT and Git

  • Experience working with Salesforce and Zendesk data
