About the Role

Castle Trust Bank, a leading UK fintech challenger bank, is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead digital engagement and promotional campaigns across Savings, Property, and Retail Finance business units.

You’ll drive SEO strategy, enhance the company website, and manage Google Ads, email campaigns, and social media marketing to strengthen brand visibility. This is a hands-on opportunity to make an impact while collaborating with internal teams, agencies, and partners to deliver creative, compliant, and data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute SEO and performance marketing strategies

• Manage website updates, UX improvements, and content optimization

• Develop and report on digital marketing performance metrics

• Create and manage campaigns across Google Ads, social, and email channels

• Coordinate events, design updates, and promotional materials

• Ensure compliance with brand and financial regulations

• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams for campaign delivery

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, and digital campaign management

• Hands-on experience with WordPress, Google Analytics 4, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

• Strong copywriting and content creation skills

• Creative thinker with an analytical mindset

• Marketing degree or equivalent qualification (CIM Level 4 or higher preferred)

• Experience in financial services marketing is an advantage
