Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will strategise, create, and manage content across all platforms. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—skilled in graphics, video creation, and delivering measurable results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with AcadAlly’s vision and goals.

  • Create engaging, platform-specific content (graphics, reels, videos).

  • Design visuals (posts, infographics, ads, stories) consistent with brand identity.

  • Manage and schedule content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube.

  • Monitor performance, analyze insights, and optimize for growth and engagement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, product launches, and initiatives.

  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools.

  • Engage with the online community (comments, queries, feedback).


Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven social media management experience.

  • Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.).

  • Proficiency in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of analytics and reporting.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in running paid ad campaigns.

  • Basic photography skills.

  • Prior experience in edtech/education industry.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000 – ₹800,000 per year

Work Location: In-person (Okhla, Delhi)
Relocation: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting.
