As part of KLDiscovery’s Hosting and Litigation Support division, you’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that connects technology, law, and data management. This is a fully remote work-from-home position, offering flexibility, professional development, and the chance to work with global teams across Engineering, IT, Application Support, and Project Management.

What You Will Do

As a Litigation Data Analyst, you will play a key role in managing, analyzing, and supporting litigation-related data for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely within a team-oriented environment while occasionally collaborating with cross-functional departments such as Engineering, Application Support, IT, and Project Management.

• Performing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) into hosted platforms using custom tools, plugins, or flat files.

• Providing superior customer service to support our global client base through email, phone, and screen-sharing sessions. This may include offering technical guidance, troubleshooting platform issues, and responding to user inquiries.

• Managing user access by creating accounts, sending login invitations, and offering guided platform walkthroughs when needed.

• Setting up and configuring client databases, assigning permissions, and delivering access credentials to the appropriate users.

• Investigating and resolving inquiries related to searches, technical errors, document printing, workflows, and other user-specific concerns.

• Prioritizing and completing tasks assigned through internal task management systems while adhering to established service-level agreements (SLAs).

• Attending team meetings, training sessions, and company-wide town halls to stay aligned with business goals and process improvements.

This role requires a balance of technical aptitude, customer service, and attention to detail, making it ideal for individuals interested in building expertise in eDiscovery tools and litigation workflows.

What You Will Bring to the Role

Ideal candidates should demonstrate:

• A Bachelor’s degree or 1+ year of professional experience in an office or technology-driven environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work with spreadsheets, formulas, and structured data.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Critical thinking skills and the ability to quickly learn, apply, and retain technical instructions.

• A high level of technical aptitude along with a willingness to continuously learn new systems and tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
