KAIZEN Asset Management Services is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst (MIS) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a data professional who is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights, supporting management decision-making, and driving continuous improvement through analytics, automation, and modern reporting tools.
As a Data Analyst (MIS), you will play a critical role in enterprise-wide reporting, KPI management, and dashboard development across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, management, and the MIS function to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful reporting while supporting the transition from manual, spreadsheet-based reports to automated dashboards and AI-enabled analytics.
Role Purpose
The Data Analyst (MIS) supports the organization by analyzing data, preparing high-quality reports, developing dashboards, and delivering insights that enable informed decision-making. This role contributes directly to operational excellence by improving reporting efficiency, enhancing data quality, and standardizing KPIs across departments.
You will also support the evolution of the Company’s MIS function by helping automate reporting processes, improve data structures, and leverage BI and AI-enabled tools to drive smarter, faster business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Dashboard Development & BI Delivery

Design, build, and maintain MIS dashboards, executive dashboards, and departmental dashboards (financial, operational, CX, OA, PM).

Translate business KPIs into clear, visual, and actionable dashboards aligned with MIS standards.

Ensure dashboards are automated, refreshed on time, and consistently structured across the organization.

Maintain KPI definitions, formulas, thresholds, and reporting logic in line with the MIS Data Dictionary.

Work confidently with BI tools and reporting platforms such as Yellowfin or similar tools.
Data Analysis & KPI Management

Analyze large datasets from multiple systems to identify trends, anomalies, performance gaps, and risks.

Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, reconciliations, and validation checks.

Deliver clear and concise insights to management through reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Support both regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements across departments.
Systems, Tools & AI Enablement

Support the transition from manual reports to automated dashboards and analytics solutions.

Collaborate with the AI Tools Specialist to leverage AI-powered reporting, automation, and anomaly detection.

Understand system integrations, data flows, and basic API concepts (no coding required, but strong technical understanding is essential).

Quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and reporting platforms.
Data Quality & Integrity

Ensure accurate capture, storage, and maintenance of business-critical data.

Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies across systems.

Support data integrity initiatives in collaboration with MIS and system owners.

Escalate recurring data quality issues and contribute to root-cause analysis and process improvements.
Business Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Work across business lines to gather reporting requirements and define reporting specifications.

Support managers and executives with analysis aligned to business objectives.

Design and improve business analysis and data recording systems.

Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance efficiency.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within MIS and enterprise reporting.
Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
-
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, MIS Analyst, or in a similar role.

Proven experience in enterprise reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis.
Technical & Professional Skills

Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

Hands-on experience with BI tools, dashboards, or reporting platforms (e.g., Yellowfin or similar).

Strong understanding of KPIs, metrics, and reporting logic.

Comfortable working with software systems, reporting tools, and multiple data sources.
-
Exposure to AI-enabled reporting, automation, or analytics tools is a strong advantage.
