About the Role – Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE) in Pune. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting reporting, dashboard development, and exploratory data analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business.

Your work will help WillScot uncover trends, address performance gaps, and standardize reporting to enhance operational decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at WillScot, you will:

  • Develop, design, and maintain dashboards and reports using data from Snowflake and SFDC environments.

  • Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps that can inform business strategy.

  • Support transcript tagging and classification using predefined sentiment and engagement frameworks.

  • Work closely with data engineers to ensure clean, structured, and reliable data pipelines for analysis.

  • Contribute to the automation of recurring reporting tasks, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.

  • Document data definitions, establish reporting standards, and ensure consistency across business units.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable data insights.


Key Skills and Technologies

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong SQL skills to query, analyze, and manipulate large datasets.

  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and SFDC (Salesforce) data environments.

  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

  • Basic understanding of Python for data manipulation and analysis.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across global teams.

About You

We are looking for individuals with 1–3 years of experience in data analytics or similar roles within a global or multinational environment. A background in Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics is preferred.
