IVA Advisor

123 Recruitment and Training the UK leading Insolvency Recruitment specialist are working with a number of clients who are on the lookout for a number of experienced IVA Advisors looking to build a long-term career within a growing and finically well-backed client.

You will be rewarded with a starting salary of up to £30,000 – £35,000 with an OTE of £70,000 working Monday to Friday.

Our client is an ambitious and forward-thinking company where the Directors have been within the financial services sector for over 30 years.

This position within the company will give you a clear opportunity to progress to senior levels due to the current growth and success of the business. In your first week in this IVA Advisor role, you can expect to:

• Speak to all new clients who have made an inquiry looking for financial solutions Have a consultative nature with clients
• Discuss income, expenditure, and solutions with the clients based on their current circumstances
• Gather documents needed to send across to the processing team The skills required for the IVA Advisor role include:
• Experience within the Insolvency sector (desirable)
• A genuine desire to succeed and to be part of a winning culture
• A positive attitude and a can-do approach
• A mindset that is based on helping the clients to achieve the best result
