The Role: Implementation, Innovation, & Integration

As a Windchill Developer within our DxP Services unit, you will be at the forefront of PLM and IoT implementation. You will participate in every aspect of the software development lifecycle, ensuring our clients in the Automotive, Aerospace, and Medical Tech sectors stay future-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Participate in all aspects of software development, from initial analysis to final deployment.

• Quality Engineering: Implement and analyse source code with a strict focus on high-quality manufactured solutions.

• Rigorous Testing: Ensure reliability by covering code with comprehensive unit and integration tests and performing deep-dive debugging.

• Technical Documentation: Maintain standards of excellence through Javadoc and detailed technical specifications.

• System Integration: Seamlessly integrate PLM solutions with existing enterprise systems to create a unified digital thread.

• Customer Centricity: Analyse customer requirements and translate them into robust business solutions based on technical documentation.

Your Technical & Professional Profile

We are looking for an autonomous, goal-oriented developer who understands the nuances of the European industrial landscape.

• Experience: 2–5 years of essential experience in Windchill development and customisation.

• Domain Expertise: Knowledge of PLM/IoT within industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Technology, or Electronics.

• Technical Skills: Proven ability in designing, configuring, and customising PLM/IoT software.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial/Computer Science) or related fields.

• Languages: Good proficiency in both English and Italian (written and spoken).

• Mindset: Customer service-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
