The Role: IT Project Manager
We are seeking a versatile IT Project Manager to bridge the gap between client vision and technical execution. You will act as a Product Owner for global projects, ensuring that software is conceptualised, developed, and delivered beyond client expectations.
From initial requirement gathering to final UAT, you will lead cross-functional teams and maintain the high-quality standards that Vinove is known for.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Project Scoping & Roadmap: Define the development roadmap alongside technical leads. Create essential documentation, including SRS, Wireframes, and Functional Specifications.
Stakeholder Management: Facilitate kickoff meetings and act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day coordination.
Product Ownership: Own the software vision. Verify and validate the product on a regular basis to ensure it aligns with client expectations.
Agile Orchestration: Utilise JIRA for project tracking, sprint management, and resource allocation.
Risk & Change Control: Conduct impact assessments, manage change request approvals, and implement risk mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Quality & SLAs: Establish operational quality standards to ensure a high-calibre customer experience while adhering to strict SLAs.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of developers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Pre-Sales Support: Coordinate with the sales team to participate in pre-sales activities and technical feasibility assessments.

💪 Required Skills & Experience
Professional Background: Proven experience in IT Project Management, specifically in a software services or product environment.
Documentation Mastery: Expert skills in creating SRS, BRDs, and Wireframes.
Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Tools: Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tracking tools.
Client Handling: Exceptional client management and communication skills with a track record of handling international stakeholders.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor mid-sized technical teams.
Testing & UAT: Experience in verifying software quality and managing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.
