The Role: IT Project Manager (ServiceNow Specialist)

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead digital implementation and improvement projects within a large-scale, multi-national ServiceNow environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end orchestration of complex IT projects for our business units. You will navigate an outsourced environment to deliver transitions and transformations that push the boundaries of energy technology infrastructure.

• Project Orchestration: Lead the preparation, planning, and execution of high-impact IT projects.

• ServiceNow Leadership: Direct the delivery of ServiceNow-specific tools and modules to enhance business operations.

• Transformation Management: Manage large-scale IT operations and transitions in complex, multi-national contexts.

• Security & Privacy: Integrate cybersecurity and information protection protocols into project lifecycles.

• Stakeholder Synergy: Collaborate with business units and finance leaders across the global Siemens Energy organization.

💪 What You Bring

• Professional Experience: 10+ years of experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• PM Mastery: 5+ years in IT project management, with at least 3+ years focused on plan, design, and implementation.

• ServiceNow Expertise: Demonstrated success in delivering ServiceNow tool projects. Knowledge of specific modules is a major advantage.

• Domain Knowledge: Experience in cybersecurity, privacy, or information protection functions.

• Certifications: PMP or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.

• Global Mindset: Experience managing projects in an outsourced, multi-national environment.
