🎯 Role & Responsibilities

As an IT Project Manager, you will lead client-facing digital projects from initiation through delivery. You will drive planning, execution, and coordination across internal teams and stakeholders while ensuring high-quality, on-time, and within-budget delivery.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, success metrics, and stakeholder alignment

• Build and manage detailed hybrid Agile/Waterfall project plans

• Track progress: burn-down charts, risks, timelines, budgets

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams

• Host daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and steering committees

• Maintain accurate project documentation (RAID logs, status decks, PRDs)

• Identify blockers early and recommend process improvements

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and tech leads

🧠 Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT/software project management

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, MS Project, Trello, and Asana

• Clear understanding of SDLC and IT infrastructure components

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred:

• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master

• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure

• Experience with product analytics, feature prioritisation frameworks (HEART, RICE)
