About the Role: Junior Data Analyst (Remote)
This is a full-time remote opportunity, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to high-impact projects. As a Junior Data Analyst at Iskima, you will play an essential role in organizing data, extracting insights, and supporting data-backed decision-making across different departments.
You will be responsible for working with large datasets, building dashboards, preparing reports, validating data accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure we use data effectively. This role is ideal for someone starting their data analytics career and eager to learn, grow, and take on real-world analytical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Collection and Management

Gather, clean, and structure large datasets from various internal and external sources.

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all platforms.

Assist in managing datasets that support skill assessments and performance tracking.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting

Conduct detailed data analysis to support business strategies and process improvements.

Prepare regular reports summarizing findings, trends, and insights.

Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
3. Data Visualization

Build dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms.

4. Collaboration Across Teams

Work closely with the assessment, technology, and operations teams to identify data requirements.

Provide analytical support for ongoing projects and business initiatives.

5. Problem Solving & Insight Generation

Use statistical methods to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.

Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
