About the Role

The Data Analyst will work closely with corporate, IT, UX, and insurance teams, providing data insights that drive performance improvements. You will analyze diverse datasets, develop insightful performance reports, and make data-backed recommendations.

Your expertise in digital analytics and data visualization will be critical in enhancing the way we measure and improve business performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of initiatives using multiple data sources (web analytics, transactional databases, system performance, etc.).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.

  • Develop, produce, and present performance analysis reports on a regular basis.

  • Respond to ad hoc data requests with accurate, high-quality insights.

  • Monitor and analyze quantitative and qualitative performance indicators.

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of collected data.


What You Bring to the Table

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital analysis.

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Amplitude.

  • Strong data visualization skills using Power BI or Tableau.

  • Solid knowledge of SQL and large dataset handling.

  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills to communicate insights.

  • Understanding of digital data collection implementation processes.

  • Knowledge of Snowflake, EDP, or Databricks (a plus).

  • Passion for digital, data, and continuous performance improvement.

  • For candidates located in Quebec: Bilingualism is required (English + French).

  • Must be eligible to work in Canada (no Canadian work experience required).
