Insurance Advisor Role:
• Deliver best in class customer service experience by phone in an Inbound Sales environment
• Deliver FCA regulatory and underwriting expectations
• Understand customers demand and needs (including medical) to find most suitable product/solution
• Successfully achieve positive commercial outcomes and delivery against KPIs
• Ability to overcome customer objections
• Maintain a good product knowledge across all our brands
• IT literate, able to take inbound calls whilst navigating multiple software systems

• Clear communicator who can build relationships
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Influencing and persuading skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
• Self-motivated to be able to take accountability of your own development
• Team working, building relationships across the organisation

Hours : 37.5 hours per week. Shift patterns can be between the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday – Sunday.
