Role: Marketing Business Analyst
As a Marketing Business Analyst, you will partner with the Business Direct Marketing team to support campaign analytics, performance reporting, and dashboard enhancements. This role involves working with large and complex datasets, transforming raw data into actionable insights, and delivering high-impact visualizations that drive marketing strategies.
You will be responsible for executing advanced analytics initiatives, optimizing marketing campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail), and providing recommendations that directly influence sales targets and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with marketing teams to enhance existing Power BI dashboards and create new ones.

Translate marketing performance questions into in-depth SQL data research.

Deliver insightful analytics and recommendations for campaign optimisation.

Support complex cross-functional analytics projects across business units.

Gather, analyze, and interpret diverse datasets to forecast outcomes.

Develop executive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for clear storytelling.

Create reports, charts, and visualisations to communicate insights.

Strengthen relationships between analytics and marketing stakeholders.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Information Systems, etc.).

2–6 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or management consulting.

Strong skills in SQL with experience handling large datasets.

Hands-on expertise in Tableau or Power BI for dashboard creation and optimisation.

Experience in data wrangling, query development, and campaign performance analysis.

Excellent storytelling, communication, and collaboration skills.

Proactive problem solver with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Snowflake and GitHub.

Knowledge of hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and statistical significance.

Familiarity with identity graphs and advanced data segmentation.

Industry experience in high-tech, telecom, or software sectors.
