Job Summary:
Tata is seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to manage, support, and enhance IT infrastructure, systems, and networks. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, ensure system security, and collaborate with teams to deliver reliable and efficient IT solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, hardware, and software.

• Provide technical support to employees for system, application, and network issues.

• Configure, install, and upgrade IT equipment and applications.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement long-term fixes.

• Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.

• Collaborate with teams to support IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.

• Manage user accounts, access controls, and system permissions.

• Maintain documentation for IT processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

• Perform regular security checks and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Work with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).

• Experience with network administration, troubleshooting, and system management.

• Familiarity with servers, virtualization, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure.

• Understanding of cybersecurity, firewalls, and antivirus tools.

• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to support users and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications.

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python).

• Experience managing IT in large enterprise environments.
