About the Internship
IBM is hiring Technical Support Representative Interns for its Greater Lucknow office. This internship is available only for candidates who have applied through the Prime Minister’s Internship Scheme (PMIS).
During the internship, candidates will gain hands-on experience in application support, production monitoring, scheduling activities, and technical operations while working alongside IBM consultants.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor application processes and production environments.
- Assist in incident and fault analysis.
- Support application administration activities.
- Learn production monitoring and scheduling processes.
- Perform non-code application configuration tasks.
- Gain knowledge of technical support operations.
- Work in rotational shifts when required.
- Collaborate with experienced IBM consultants.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc or BCA).
- 12+3 years of education.
- Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and graduation.
- Candidates must have applied through the Prime Minister’s Internship Scheme (PMIS).
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
