📝 Job Summary – Human Resources Manager
Quantum Leap is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee both recruitment and HR generalist functions. In this role, you will lead a team of HR professionals, support leadership with strategic HR initiatives, and ensure effective delivery of HR services across the organization.
This position requires a strong leader who can balance operational HR responsibilities with long-term people strategy.
🎯 Key Responsibilities – Human Resources Manager
1. Leadership and Team Management
You will lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR generalists and recruiters. Your role includes setting performance goals, providing regular feedback, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative and growth-driven team culture.
2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
You will design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. This includes managing the end-to-end hiring process, collaborating with hiring managers, onboarding recruitment vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing job boards and recruitment tools.
You will also explore multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media platforms, job fairs, and professional networks.
3. HR Generalist Activities
You will manage employee relations, HR policies, and organizational practices. This includes advising employees and managers on grievances, performance management, disciplinary actions, and organizational change.
You will act as a backup for payroll processing, maintain HR documentation such as employee handbooks and organizational charts, and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Employee engagement will be a key focus area, including recognition programs, surveys, training sessions, and celebration initiatives.
4. Strategic HR Planning
You will partner with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals. Workforce planning, succession planning, and analyzing HR data for continuous improvement will be critical parts of your role.
5. Training and Development
You will identify learning needs across departments and promote a culture of continuous development. You will work with employees to create personalized development plans and ensure successful execution of training programs.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills – Human Resources Manager
To succeed in this role, you should have:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.

Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
