Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for candidates who want hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and policy implementation within a fast-paced global IT organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation

• Help implement and update HR policies and procedures

• Support recruitment activities, including shortlisting and interview coordination

• Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes

• Support employee benefits administration

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure HR compliance

• Contribute to employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Human Resources and Personnel Management

• Knowledge of HR policies and HR management principles

• Familiarity with employee benefits and HR processes

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
