This role requires an individual who can manage HR operations effectively while working in a remote and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for supporting and managing various HR functions across the organisation.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding selected candidates.

Work with hiring managers to identify hiring requirements and maintain recruitment pipelines.
Employee Records & Documentation

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Ensure all employee information is updated in HR management systems.
Onboarding & Exit Processes

Coordinate onboarding programs and employee induction sessions.

Manage exit processes, including documentation and final settlements.
Payroll & HR Operations

Support payroll coordination and manage employee attendance and leave records.

Ensure smooth HR operations by coordinating with internal teams.
Employee Engagement

Plan and execute initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.

Support employee engagement programs, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
Performance Management

Assist in performance review cycles and appraisal processes.

Help maintain documentation related to employee evaluations.
Compliance & Policies

Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations.

Assist leadership in implementing HR policies across the organisation.
HR Reporting

Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics for management review.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
