Job Summary:
Team Lease Services is looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate will support workforce management and ensure smooth HR processes across client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

• Manage employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.

• Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and statutory compliance.

• Support employee engagement, training, and performance management activities.

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.

• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce data analysis.

• Support client HR requirements and manpower planning activities.

• Assist in audits, background verification, and exit formalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, staffing, or payroll (freshers may apply for junior roles).

• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.

• Familiarity with payroll, compliance, and labour laws.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/tools.

• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Third-Party Payroll / Staffing / Contract Hiring.

• Knowledge of PF, ESI, CLRA, and Shops & Establishment Act.

• Client-handling experience and field HR exposure.
