Position: Accounts Payable Administrator

Job Summary

As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient financial processing. Youโ€™ll handle invoice verification, account reconciliation, payment processing, and vendor communication. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong accounting knowledge and organisational skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving slips; verify accuracy of pricing and data.

  • Resolve discrepancies with internal departments and suppliers.

  • Input debit memos and prepare document scanning for records.

  • Manage and maintain 1099 processes and W-9 vendor records.

  • Process manual and automated check runs and reconcile AP accounts.

  • Handle company credit card reconciliations, petty cash, and RTV transactions.

  • Assist with bank fraud investigations and book transfers.

  • Support month-end and year-end close activities and financial audits.

  • Maintain accurate AP work instructions and documentation.

  • Process employee travel and education reimbursements.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Accurate data entry and 10-key skills.

  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

  • Professional and courteous phone etiquette.
