About the Role: Data Science Trainer cum Developer

Are you a tech-fluent engineer who loves breaking down complex algorithms as much as writing clean scripts? GALTech Technologies is seeking an analytical, high-energy Data Science Trainer cum Developer for a full-time, in-person role.

This dual-impact hybrid position requires a professional with 1 to 2 years of experience to sit at the intersection of active software development and technical education. As a Lead Trainer, you will champion our advanced curriculum across AI Agents, Data Science, and Data Analytics. You will write code, architect practical hands-on student projects, create video tutorials, and mentor the next wave of engineers through advanced pipelines like LangChain and Large Language Models (LLMs). Key Responsibilities & Core Workflows

• Curriculum & Lecture Delivery: Conduct highly engaging, in-person training sessions spanning Python, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, LLMs, LangChain, prompt engineering, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.

• Technical Content Development: Partner with our internal curriculum architects to design, refine, and update technical assets, documentation, hands-on lab projects, and evaluation benchmarks.

• Student Mentorship & Code Review: Provide direct technical guidance to learners, helping them debug complex code blocks, parse data schemas, and execute practical capstone assignments.

• Digital Content Creation: Script, record, and edit comprehensive, high-quality video tutorials and digital references to support asynchronous learning tracks.

• Performance Evaluation: Audit student project repositories, evaluate assessments, deliver constructive technical feedback, and track structural learning curves.
