As an Application Support Engineer, you will transition beyond basic helpdesk functions to become a true operational Subject Matter Expert (SME). Key Responsibilities & Operational Workflows

• System Enhancement & Optimisation: Continuously scale, refine, and configure application environments to keep software functionality perfectly matched to evolving enterprise security and business requirements.

• SLA & Infrastructure Maintenance: Proactively maintain application layers, underlying server environments, and database linkages to guarantee high availability and meet target Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Specialised Platform Administration: Act as the dedicated technical point of contact for the configuration, monitoring, driver integration, and platform health of CCURE 9000 access control management systems.

• Technical Requirement Architecture: Define, scope, and review structural and technical requirements, focusing closely on platform integration, runtime performance, data quality, and horizontal scalability.

• Cloud & IaaS Capacity Management: Partner closely with global Cloud Operations groups to monitor, forecast, and provision Compute/Storage capacity across IaaS instances hosting core applications.

• KPI Tracking & Metrics Reporting: Systematically monitor, capture, and visualise operational performance metrics, tracking critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to uptime, processing latency, and system bottlenecks.

• Collaborative Problem Solving: Actively contribute to engineering root-cause-analysis groups, proposing durable architectural or procedural fixes for recurring runtime challenges.
