🌟 About the Role – US Pharma Recruiter

Net2Source is looking for a US Pharma Recruiter to support their Fortune 500 clients in the US market.
You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and submitting Pharma professionals, ensuring clients receive top-tier talent.

🔑 Job Responsibilities – US Pharma Recruiter

  • Develop effective recruiting strategies for sourcing Pharma professionals

  • Work as a go-getter with a positive attitude, strong communication, and excellent rapport-building skills

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to onboarding

  • Build and maintain a medium-to-large recruiting pipeline

  • Meet hiring targets and provide regular status updates

  • Identify the best methods for attracting top Pharma candidates

  • Draft and post job advertisements on job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Create and maintain candidate databases and resume repositories

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and update them on their application status

  • Build networks within Pharma and relevant industry communities

🎓 Requirements – US Pharma Recruiter

  • 1–4 years of experience working with Pharma clients in US Staffing

  • Experience with Direct/MSP clients preferred

  • Knowledge of US visa types and tax terms

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Goal-oriented, self-starter, team player, and quick learner
