🌟 About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll act as a client-facing recruitment expert, partnering with Account Managers and ensuring a world-class hiring experience for TopHire’s clients.
You will manage full-cycle hiring, communicate directly with clients, shortlist top candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth workflows throughout the recruitment process.
🔑 Job Responsibilities
✔ Understand hiring requirements of assigned clients
✔ Suggest high-quality candidates from the vetted talent pool
✔ Onboard new clients & guide them on using the TopHire platform
✔ Manage candidate status & communication via the ATS
✔ Incorporate client feedback at each stage
✔ Oversee end-to-end recruitment cycles to maximize hires
✔ Negotiate offers to minimize candidate dropouts
✔ Coordinate interviews between clients & candidates
✔ Update hiring data and workflows daily
🎓 Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in any field
🗣️ Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
🔍 Strong ability to shortlist candidates based on job needs
📌 Highly organized, proactive, and reliable
