Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across platforms. This role requires strong storytelling abilities, hands-on content creation skills, and a keen understanding of social and email marketing to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and maintain a rolling content calendar aligned with brand goals and campaigns.

Create and publish short videos, carousels, images, stories, and blog posts with clear, on-brand hooks, captions, and CTAs.

Maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetics across strategy, copy, design, video, and community interactions.

Monitor comments and DMs; respond promptly or route to the correct team.

Manage and enhance business/brand listings and catalogs (Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, Instagram/Pinterest) for visibility and SEO.

Own email marketing end-to-end: calendar, copy/design, segmentation, automations (welcome, win-back), A/B tests, and performance tracking.

Collaborate with design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Stay updated on platform trends, new features, and policy changes.

Assist in photoshoots (planning, shot lists, styling) to create high-quality photo/video assets for website and social.
Requirements
-
4–5+ years of experience in social media and content creation for brands.

Excellent writing skills (long-form and short-form) with clear, concise, and on-brand storytelling.

Strong command of English (written and verbal).

Hands-on experience with major social platforms and scheduling/analytics tools.

Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices.

Highly organised, creative, and detail-oriented.

Nice to Have: Experience with influencer/creator sourcing and talent evaluation.
