About the Role – Senior Technical Recruiter

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at AMISEQ, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, connecting top IT professionals with Fortune 500 and high-growth technology clients.

You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, leveraging tools like Job Diva and other ATS systems to ensure efficiency and quality in every hire.


About You

βœ… 2+ years of proven experience in IT or Technical Recruitment
βœ… Strong understanding of MSP/VMS platforms and client ecosystems
βœ… Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
βœ… Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
βœ… Sound understanding of technical roles and industry trends
βœ… Proven ability to manage multiple requirements in a high-volume environment
βœ… Comfortable working in PST shift (08:30 PM – 05:30 AM IST)


Roles and Responsibilities – Senior Technical Recruiter
