About the Role β Senior Technical Recruiter
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at AMISEQ, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, connecting top IT professionals with Fortune 500 and high-growth technology clients.
Youβll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, leveraging tools like Job Diva and other ATS systems to ensure efficiency and quality in every hire.
About You

2+ years of proven experience in IT or Technical Recruitment
β
Strong understanding of MSP/VMS platforms and client ecosystems
β
Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
β
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
β
Sound understanding of technical roles and industry trends
β
Proven ability to manage multiple requirements in a high-volume environment
β
Comfortable working in PST shift (08:30 PM β 05:30 AM IST)
Roles and Responsibilities β Senior Technical Recruiter
π Source, screen, and evaluate top IT professionals for multiple technical roles
π Manage the complete recruitment cycle β from job posting to onboarding
π» Use ATS tools (preferably Job Diva) to manage and track candidates efficiently
π€ Build strong relationships with clients and hiring managers
π― Implement sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
π Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
π° Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding and documentation
π Stay updated on IT industry trends, skills demand, and salary benchmarks
