The Role: Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be the bridge between visionary strategy and technical execution. You will lead large-scale, interdependent technological projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role demands a mastery of Agile methodologies and the ability to simplify complex technical processes for diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities & Strategic Execution

  • End-to-End Delivery: Collaborate with developers and specialists to successfully deliver enterprise-grade mobility and software projects.

  • Project Governance: Define quality levels, timelines, resources, and budgets while creating comprehensive project deliverables.

  • Agile Leadership: Track performance using JIRA and other metrics; manage release dashboards and pivot tables to monitor progress.

  • Risk & Mitigation: Analyse interdependencies and proactively establish mitigation plans for technical risks, ensuring timely escalation when necessary.

  • Stakeholder Management: Update project plans by communicating scope changes to stakeholders and negotiating priorities across cross-functional teams.

  • Process Compliance: Develop project artefacts that comply with enterprise policies and stay updated on industry trends to influence program success.

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Proven Track Record: 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or PMP-certified Project Manager.

  • Certifications: Must hold at least one: PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe Scrum Master.

  • Technical Depth: In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and product life cycles.

  • Tools Mastery: Proficiency in JIRA, release dashboards, and data-driven metrics.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, conflict management, and communication skills to explain complex processes in simple terms.
