Role Overview

ValueMatrix.AI is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Scientist to join our growing remote team. This is a full-time work-from-home role, ideal for professionals who are passionate about data science, behavioral analytics, and building intelligent systems.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced analytical and machine learning models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and research, to drive data-driven decision-making and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem formulation and data exploration to model development and deployment

• Perform advanced data analysis and statistical modeling to extract meaningful insights from structured and unstructured datasets

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and predictive models to solve business and behavioral science challenges

• Apply statistical techniques and data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within complex datasets

• Create impactful data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data science solutions

• Validate, monitor, and improve model performance using appropriate evaluation metrics

• Contribute to the development of AI-driven products and behavioral intelligence platforms

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and behavioral analytics

• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Data Science and Data Analysis, with hands-on experience in solving complex analytical problems

• Solid foundation in Statistics, Probability, and Data Analytics

• Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques to present insights effectively

• Experience with machine learning frameworks and predictive modeling approaches

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams

• Proven experience in a similar senior-level data science role, preferably within a technology-driven or DeepTech organization

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

Educational Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
