As a Senior Data Operations Analyst, you will design, execute, monitor, and optimize complex data workflows across multiple platforms and tools. You will work on challenging use cases involving millions of data records, advanced transformations, and mission-critical data pipelines.

This role combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to support high-impact client campaigns and data initiatives.

🔑 Key Responsibilities – Senior Data Analyst

• Learn and Master: Become a subject matter expert across all business systems within the first year

• Execute Workflows: Manage and monitor data workflows with strong quality control standards

• Technical Resource: Support operational teams with complex SQL queries and data processing scripts

• Communication: Collaborate with Account Management to understand and clarify data processing requirements

• Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in fundraising principles and client program strategies

• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to scope projects, draft statements of work, and onboard new clients

• Analysis: Participate in root cause analysis to identify and resolve data issues

• Documentation: Maintain clear and thorough documentation for scripts, workflows, and queries

• Leadership Support: Communicate openly with leadership, team members, and other departments

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 5–7 years of experience in data operations or analytics
